Why does my toilet keep running?

Usually it's a worn flapper or a fill valve that isn't shutting off. Both are common repairs. If the toilet is old or the tank parts are cracked, replacing the toilet can make more sense.

Why is there water around the base of my toilet?

The wax seal under the toilet may have failed, or the toilet may be loose on the floor. Leaving it can rot the subfloor, so it's worth fixing soon. Often the fix is pulling the toilet and re-setting it on a new seal.

Do I need a permit to replace a toilet in Michigan?

Removing and re-setting a toilet to repair it generally doesn't need a permit under Michigan's construction code. Replacing it with a new fixture can count as new work. Rules vary by local building department, and we handle any permit that's needed.

Can you install a toilet I bought?

Yes. We install customer-supplied toilets and haul away the old one if you want.

Do you install bidets?

Yes. We install bidet seats and standalone bidets, including running a supply line where one is needed.
