Meet Vance
Barrett Plumbing Inc. was founded in 1975 and incorporated in 1994. Vance McClenton took over in 2024 with a simple idea: be the plumbing sub that builders actually want to hire over and over again. That means hitting the schedule, improving job visibility and communication, passing inspections the first time, picking up the phone, leaving the site clean, and doing what we said we'd do.
A few decades and several hundred new builds and renovations later, we're still doing quality work! The shop runs lean — small enough that we can be flexible. Big enough to keep three crews on three jobs all week long.
What we believe
We honor the schedule. If something moves, you hear about it the same day.
To the new code, every time. We pass first inspection or we eat the re-trip.
